Kierscey (KC) is a Toronto based R&B writer, producer, artist and multi-instrumentalist, with production and writing credits that include Junia T, Jessie Reyez, Pop/R&B group Riverse, producer/artist August Rigo, and New York’s own, Ginette Claudette.

As a musical director and musician, and through his early production work, Kierscey met with Somali-born Hip Hop artist K’naan. Kierscey had the opportunity to play for K’naan on many tours such as “Breed Love Odyssey Tour” with Mos Def, Talib Kweli and Pharaohe Monch and “Welcome to Jamrock Tour” with Damian Marley. Other events he had the privilege of directing and performing with K’naan were Live 8, FIFA World Cup, House of Blues in LA, Juno Awards feat. Drake, Justin Bieber and Nikki Yanofsky, the Hip Hop Summit for CBC hosted by George Stroumboulopoulos, Jimmy Kimmel Live, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, and The Ellen Degeneres Show.
